Note regarding advance purchase: The credit/debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. Spa treatments must be booked in advance. Children can use the swimming pool between 09:00 and 18:00, if accompanied by an adult. They cannot use the other spa facilities. Gentlemen are required to wear jackets in the Vellore Restaurant at weekends.
